1. Introduction

Welcome to Camille & Hugo’s Voiceover Studio. By hiring Camille for voiceover services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which outline usage rights, licensing, and restrictions. Please read carefully before using or purchasing our services.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

All voiceover recordings provided by Camille are licensed, not sold. Clients receive a license for the agreed-upon usage, which may include (but is not limited to) commercials, e-learning, corporate narration, or other specified projects. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, clients may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the recordings.

• Use the recordings in any project outside of the originally agreed-upon scope.

• Modify, manipulate, or repurpose the recordings without prior written consent.

3. AI & Synthetic Voice Prohibition

To protect Camille’s voice and intellectual property, clients explicitly agree that they may not:

• Use any recordings, demos, or custom voiceovers to train, develop, or enhance artificial intelligence (AI) models or synthetic voice technology.

• Modify, synthesize, or clone Camille’s voice using AI tools, deepfake technology, or machine learning models.

• Utilize the recordings in any manner that replicates or mimics Camille’s voice artificially.

• Share Camille’s recordings with third parties for the purpose of AI training or speech synthesis.

Violating these terms may result in legal action, financial penalties, and takedown requests to remove infringing content.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

Two (2) minor performance adjustments (e.g., tone or pacing) requested within 5 days of delivery are included at the artist’s discretion. Script changes, additional lines, or new versions requested after delivery constitute a new recording session and are billable separately.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Standard turnaround times vary depending on project size and complexity. Camille & Hugo’s Voiceover Studio ensures professional-quality recordings delivered in high-quality formats. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

6. Payment & Refund Policy​

• Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice (default: 30 days from the invoice date).

• Late payments may be subject to 1.5% monthly interest (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law.

• Refunds:

  • Once final, approved files are delivered, all sales are final.

  • Partial refunds may be considered only if the artist has not yet recorded or delivered the project.

  • Rights to use the recordings are granted only after full payment has been received.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All voiceover recordings remain the intellectual property of Camille Babington and Camille & Hugo’s Voiceover Studio until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Camille Babington will perform the services with professional care and equipment. However, she or Camille & Hugo’s Voiceover Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or misuse of the recordings. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and advertising regulations.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, where Camille Babington is based. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any modifications.
